Over 25 years of real estate both part-time and full-time.  With over 20 years as working in the accounting industry first as a “Big 8” Auditor and then later as a corporate controller I decided to transition into the Real Estate industry.  My first license was in 1978 and at that time I joined Hoffman-Stevens Real Estate in Randolph Twp., NJ.  In the mid-80’s I was involved in Real Estate on Hilton Head Island, SC then a 10 year period in Raleigh and the last 8 years in Wilmington.  During my time in Raleigh I spent the majority of my time running a branch office and doing mortgage loans for the nation’s largest mortgage broker, Carteret Mortgage.  We had over 2,000 loan officers.  Unfortunately when the banks started closing their doors Carteret Mortgage was forced to close theirs.

The combination of accounting, real estate and mortgage skills brings a lot to the table to assist my clients.  I also have the ERA SSP certification as well certified Shortsale and Foreclosure training and a few other Realtor designations.

I have been active with the 165 member Wilmington Senior Softball Association for the past 10 years. In 2015 I served as the league Treasurer and I start the 2016 season as the league president. In 2014 and 2015 I volunteer tennis coach for the local tennis center’s Middle School introduction to tennis programs. I continued working with a 8th grader beginner to tennis for the next year. Our goal was to make the high school varsity tennis team as a Freshman. He made the team!!
